FIA UI to Hold Career Visit, DDTC Shares Tips to Ace Recruitment

JAKARTA, DDTCNews – Students of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of the University of Indonesia (Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Indonesia/FIA UI in Indonesian), will visit DDTC’s office as part of a Career Visit program titled Hiring Eyes: What Makes YOU the Candidate They Notice on 24 October 2025.

This activity is a collaboration between the Fiscal Administration Student Association (Himpunan Mahasiswa Ilmu Administrasi Fiskal/KOSTAF in Indonesian) of FIA UI and DDTC, aimed at broadening students’ insights into recruitment strategies and career development in the professional taxation sector.

The event will run from 13:30 to 15:30 Western Indonesian Time (Waktu Indonesia Barat/WIB in Indonesian) at Menara DDTC, North Jakarta. Two speakers from DDTC, namely Head of Human Capital, Adinda Nur Larasati and Human Capital Generalist, Inayya Putri Pidata, will share their experiences and practical tips on how students can stand out as attractive candidates in the eyes of recruiters.

In addition to interactive discussion sessions, participants will enjoy various benefits, including exclusive hiring opportunities with DDTC, career coaching and the chance to gain firsthand insight into DDTC’s workplace culture.
