JAKARTA, DDTCNews – The Public Administration Student Association (himpunan mahasiswa jurusan/HMJ in Indonesian) of STIAMI Institute is set to hold a national taxation seminar.
The seminar will adopt the theme, the Directorate General of Customs and Excise’s Strategies to Optimise Revenues from the Customs and Excise Sector. The Founder of DDTC Darussalam is scheduled to attend and deliver opening remarks.
In addition, Director of Communication and Service User Guidance of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DGCE), Nirwala Dwi Heryanto, and Rector of STIAMI Institute, Sylviana Murni, are also scheduled to deliver opening remarks. To further explore the theme, the seminar will feature 2 speakers.
The speakers are the Director of DDTC Fiscal Research and Advisory, B. Bawono Kristiaji and Head of the Revenue Subdirectorate of the Directorate of Revenue and Strategic Planning of the DGCE, M. Anshar. The session will be moderated by a STIAMI Institute lecturer, Pebriana Arimbhi.
The seminar will be held offline on Thursday, 18 September 2025, from 08:00 to 11:30 Western Indonesian Time (Waktu Indonesia Barat/WIB in Indonesian) at the Sabang Hall, DGCE Had Office. In addition to attending the seminar, participants will also take part in a visit to the DGCE head office.

On another note, STIAMI Institute is among the 40 higher education institutions that have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on educational cooperation with DDTC. Support in the form of collaboration in organizing educational events is one of the key points stipulated under the MoU.
Universities that have established cooperation with DDTC include the University of Indonesia, Gadjah Mada University, Airlangga University, Diponegoro University, Brawijaya University, Sebelas Maret University and Padjadjaran University.
