JAKARTA, DDTCNews - DDTC has once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting taxpayers in addressing the tax challenges of 2025 through an event titled Addressing Tax Challenges, Optimizing Business in 2025.
The seminar will take place at Nuanza Hotel & Convention on Wednesday (26/2/2025). The event is free of charge and exclusively intended for tax practitioners whose companies operate in the Cikarang, Karawang and Bekasi areas.
The opening remarks will be delivered by DDTC Founder, Darussalam, SE, Ak, CA, MSi, LLM Int.Tax. The seminar will also feature a number of leading tax experts, including Managing Partner of DDTC Consulting, David Hamzah Damian, SSos, ADIT, BKP and Director of DDTC Fiscal Research & Advisory, B. The seminar will address a wide range of critical topics, including analysis of the global minimum tax, tax advocacy and strategies for leveraging tax incentives in tax planning.
Discussions will also cover strategies for the preparation of corporate income tax returns; approaches to managing tax supervision, audits and valuation as well as tax dispute resolution in 2025; transfer pricing documentation preparation and preliminary stages pursuant to MoF Reg. 172/2023 as well as emerging trends in transfer pricing disputes.
