JAKARTA, DDTCNews – Kicking off its 2025 performance agenda, DDTC convened a town hall meeting themed From Vision to Action, Empowering Tomorrow on Thursday (23/1/2025). Held at DDTC Hall, Menara DDTC, Kelapa Gading, the event was attended by the founders, partners and all employees of the Jakarta branch.
In his opening remarks, DDTC Founder Darussalam highlighted that the town hall focused on the company’s appreciation for the dedication of its employees to advancing the firm. He noted that DDTC consistently places strong emphasis on career development, human resource skills enhancement and the overall well-being of its workforce.
“DDTC deems human capital as the company’s most vital asset. One tangible form of support is the early-year remuneration, as evidence that DDTC remains on a path of sustained growth. Take this as encouragement to keep contributing to the DDTC family,” Darussalam remarked.
On the occasion, Darussalam also announced grade promotions for 27 DDTC employees across various positions. In addition, the company introduced an internal restructuring through the establishment of a new ordinate, the Tax Knowledge & Training Center, which will oversee DDTC Academy, Perpajakan DDTC and DDTC Library.
Darussalam further challenged all employees to support the development of the company’s Surabaya branch in East Java. DDTC continues to expand its business, with the Surabaya branch currently broadening its reach to provide tax services for clients in eastern Indonesia.
Human resource career development, he added, serves as a key pillar of DDTC’s Core Values, which comprise nine principles. First, winning mentality, which implies that DDTC professionals are expected to strive for the best possible outcomes for the company.
Second, execution, underscoring that DDTC professionals should move beyond discourse and effectively and efficiently execute ideas, initiatives and plans.
Third, adaptability. DDTC professionals are encouraged to continuously seek change and innovations to remain at the forefront of an increasingly dynamic tax environment.
Fourth, relationship bond. Darussalam urges DDTC professionals to foster strong internal and external relationships grounded in trust, care and alignment, supported by sound communication and interaction.
Fifth, ethics, requiring DDTC professionals to uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct in all aspects of their work.
Sixth, dedication. Darussalam conveyed that every DDTC professional is to demonstrate a strong commitment to leadership, clients, colleagues and the company.
Seventh, diligence. DDTC professionals are to persevere at work and continuously improve professional competence.
Eighth, teamwork. Collaboration among DDTC employees and with external parties plays a pivotal role in achieving shared objectives.
Ninth, contributing to the tax society. Darussalam encouraged DDTC professionals to make positive contributions to the tax community by leading and producing tax thought leadership and sharing it with colleagues and the wider public.
Alongside Darussalam, the DDTC Town Hall was also attended by DDTC Founder Danny Septriadi and all partners, including Managing Partner of DDTC Consulting David Hamzah Damian, Director of DDTC Fiscal Research & Advisory B.
