Register Now! BPPK to Hold Tax Competency Exam Dummy
JAKARTA, DDTCNews – The Financial Education and Training Agency (Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keuangan/BPPK in Indonesian) will hold a dummy tax competency exam (ujian kompetensi perpajakan/UKP in Indonesian). The dummy UKP is planned for 12 October 2026 and will be divided into 2 sessions. The morning session will be held at 09.00 – 10.30 Western Indonesia Time (Waktu Indonesia Barat/WIB in Indonesian), whilst the afternoon session will run from 13.30 – 15.00 WIB.
The dummy exam is intended to ensure that the devices and networks to be used by participants are functioning properly. In addition, the dummy exam is held to help participants familiarise themselves with the examination process and technical procedures.
"In the context of ensuring device readiness, internet connectivity and the technical aspects of the examination, a dummy UKP will be conducted before the actual UKP," wrote BPPK via the Uji Kompetensi Perpajakan WhatsApp channel, as cited on Wednesday (7/10/2026).
Participants wishing to take part in the dummy UKP are advised to promptly create a Single Sign-On (SSO) account and complete their participant profile. This step must be completed for participants to register for the dummy UKP.
Registration for the dummy UKP is open from today, 7 October until 8 October 2026 at 17.00 WIB. Participants are therefore encouraged to register their SSO account before the registration period closes.
"Participants wishing to take part in the dummy UKP should immediately create an SSO account and complete their participant profile to be able to register for the dummy UKP. Do not delay! Ensure your SSO account and participant profile are complete before the registration period ends," BPPK stressed.
Participants may register for an SSO account via the registration page at klc.kemenkeu.go.id/sertifikasi/p/DummyUKP. Participants may also view the registration procedures for the dummy UKP and examination guidelines at: t.kemenkeu.go.id/InfoUKP.
During the dummy UKP, BPPK advises participants to use the same devices and network connection that they intend to use for the actual UKP. This is intended to ensure that the devices satisfy the prescribed requirements and have a stable internet connection.
"Participants are also expected to take part in the dummy UKP using the devices and network they will use during the actual examination, therefore, any technical issues may be identified and resolved before the examination takes place," BPPK advised.
Participants already registered for the tax consultant certification examination (ujian sertifikasi konsultan pajak/USKP in Indonesian) Period III/2026 are not eligible to participate in the dummy UKP. This is because 1 registration account (SSO) can only be used to register for 1 active activity at a time.
"Therefore, participants may only register for the UKP after the USKP resit III has concluded and the pass/fail status has appeared in the system," BPPK concluded. (dik)
