Tax Court: Attorney Licence Applications Processed in 5 Business Days

JAKARTA, DDTCNews - Attorney licence (izin kuasa hukum/IKH in Indonesian) applications to the tax court, whether for a new licence or a renewal, must be submitted to the Tax Court Secretariat via IKH Online.

Roy Abdurrachman Pasha, Head of the Information and Publications Subdivision of the Tax Court Secretariat, stated that electronic licence submissions via IKH Online at https://etaxcourt.kemenkeu.go.id/#/permohonanIKH have been in effect since April 2024.

"You can access it, click and upload all your documents there. Under the service standard, the processing time is 5 business days from the date the application is declared complete, not from the date of upload," said Roy at a public consultation forum (forum konsultasi publik/FKP in Indonesian) organised by the Tax Court Secretariat on Thursday (24/9/2026).

Roy stated that verifiers require 3 days to check whether an IKH application is complete. Once declared complete, the IKH application will be processed within 5 days.

"So, how long does it take to be declared complete? Usually 3 days, but that does not fall within the service standard. What falls within the service standard is 5 days from the date it is declared complete. We have already processed it for signing by the tax court chief justice," said Roy.

IKH applications that comply with the applicable provisions will be followed up with the issuance of a digital IKH card and a digital tax court chief justice decree concerning the IKH.

If an application is found to require amendment due to incomplete documentation, the IKH applicant will receive notification via email. "Since this is now online, we send all notifications via the email address you entered in the IKH Online submission form," said Roy.

IKH applicants are requested to use an active email address so that they can receive notifications in the event that any application documents need to be amended or completed.

"All notifications will be sent by email, whether it is because a photo is unclear or for any other reason, it will be sent via email," said Roy. (dik)
