JAKARTA, DDTCNews - Satu-ProfKeu has been developed to unify the service delivery platform for all financial professions, including tax consultants.

Bey Arifianto Widodo, Head of the Financial Profession Information System Working Team at the Directorate of Financial Profession Supervision and Development (Pembinaan dan Pengawasan Profesi Keuangan/PPPK in Indonesian), stated that Satu-ProfKeu is the sole platform used to provide services ranging from permits to reporting as well as an instrument for monitoring administrative compliance.

"This is an all-in-one application to serve all financial professions. It also covers the entire business process from end to end," said Bey at a Satu-ProfKeu socialisation event, as quoted on Monday (2/11/2026).

Prior to the launch of Satu-ProfKeu, Bey noted that 46% of business processes related to financial professions were still implemented manually. Without Satu-ProfKeu, there were 12 separate applications that had to be managed to deliver services to financial profession practitioners.

As a result of these differing systems, financial profession services and data remained unintegrated. Indeed, several financial professions still conducted their business processes in a semi-manual fashion via Google Forms or Microsoft Forms.

"For example, if someone holds a tax consultant licence but also holds a licence as an accountant, they were forced to do double the work by completing two separate applications. With Satu-ProfKeu, it will be much simpler; just once, because the database becomes unified," said Bey.

The legacy applications prior to Satu-ProfKeu were also not interoperable with other systems, which hampered the validation process for financial profession data.

"We will have interoperability. This implies that Satu-ProfKeu will be connected to several other applications. By being connected to those applications, validation will be carried out automatically," said Bey.

In the initial phase of Satu-ProfKeu's implementation, Bey stated that use of the platform would be prioritised for tax consultants and actuaries.

For information, all official permit services for the tax consultant profession are provided exclusively through the Satu-ProfKeu platform with effect from 27 October 2026, following the issuance of the Director-General of Financial Sector Stability and Development Circular Letter Number SE-6/SK/2026.

Licence applications submitted through any means other than Satu-ProfKeu from that date onwards will not be further processed, and applicants will be requested to reapply via Satu-ProfKeu. (dik)
