JAKARTA, DDTCNews - The Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) has officially discontinued the e-Objection, Info KSWP and Portal Ex-1 applications.

The discontinuation of these three applications was carried out in line with the implementation of coretax. The DGT has also migrated a number of services to a new application to provide a better experience for taxpayers.

"After the Coretax DGT is implemented, the service applications ... have been migrated to a new application," the DGT stated in Announcement Number PENG-51/PJ.09/2026, as cited on Thursday (27/8/2026).

Prior to the implementation of the coretax, the business processes and supporting systems for handling objection applications were operated through the e-Objection application on DJP Online.

Following the discontinuation of e-Objection, the objection application service has now been migrated to coretax. Accordingly, taxpayers may now use coretax to carry out administrative processes related to objection applications.

A similar migration applies to the taxpayer status confirmation (konfirmasi status wajib pajak/KSWP in Indonesian) service. Previously, this service was accessible via the Info KSWP application.

KSWP is a service used to obtain information regarding taxpayer status, including for the purpose of fulfilling certain requirements in public service delivery.

Based on the DGT's notification, the Info KSWP service has also been migrated to coretax.

The KSWP service for government agencies and other parties, comprising institutions, agencies, associations and other parties (instansi, lembaga, asosiasi, dan pihak lain/ILAP), was previously accessed via the Portal Ex-1 application.

That service covers KSWP for ministries, non-ministerial government institutions, provincial governments, regency/municipal governments, state-owned legal entities, state-owned enterprises, agencies, associations and other parties.

The services previously available through Portal Ex-1 have now been migrated to the KSWP Portal.

"With the introduction of these new applications, we hope that taxpayers will obtain a better experience," the DGT announcement reads. (dik)
