Six DDTC Professionals Head to Singapore to Enhance TP Expertise

SINGAPORE, DDTCNews - DDTC, one of Indonesia's leading tax institutions, has once again demonstrated its commitment to developing the capabilities of its human resources in the field of taxation. Six DDTC professionals will attend the WU-TA Advanced Transfer Pricing Programme 2026 in Singapore from 28 September to 1 October 2026.

The 4-day intensive training programme is organised by the WU Transfer Pricing Centre and the Tax Academy of Singapore. The programme covers the latest developments and practices in international transfer pricing, including a range of complex issues relevant to the Asia-Pacific region.

The participation of the 6 professionals in the programme is fully funded by DDTC with no service bond. The programme constitutes part of DDTC's international-standard internal capacity development as well as included in the Human Resource Development Programme (HRDP) that DDTC consistently implements.

Of the 6 professionals, 2 will attend the full 4-day programme. They are DDTC Consulting Specialist Daffa Ardhi Satryo and DDTC Consulting Specialist Ngurah Bagus Pembayun Kepakisan.

Meanwhile, DDTC Consulting Assistant Manager Novi Hartanti, DDTC Consulting Specialist Reeza Aldila Rajab and DDTC Consulting Specialist Audreyda Farahbella Anandivi will attend the programme for 2 days on 29–30 September 2026.

In addition, DDTC Fiscal Research & Advisory Senior Specialist Rinaldi Adam Firdaus will attend the programme for 2 days on 30 September–1 October 2026.

On the first day, participants will study Introduction/Recent TP Developments at OECD/UN with Raffaele Petruzzi. They will also explore Transfer Pricing and Financing.

On the second day, the topics covered will include Transfer Pricing and Services with Jow Lee Ying and Zhang Zhitang as well as Transfer Pricing and Intangibles with Richard Goh and Stephen Bruce.

The third day will address Business Restructurings with Uziel Alvarez and Carlo Navarro, OECD PE Definition and Profit Attribution with Yong Sing Yuan and Common Issues and Challenges in Benchmarking with Falgun Thakkar.

On the final day, participants will study Taxation of Digital Businesses with Giammarco Cottani and Transfer Pricing in Consumer Goods Industry with Vineet Rachh.

Participants will also explore Dispute Avoidance, covering rulings and advance pricing agreements (APAs) as well as Dispute Resolution, covering mutual agreement procedures (MAPs) and arbitration. These topics will be delivered by Jow Lee Ying and Ng Pei San.

The WU-TA Advanced Transfer Pricing Programme is designed to provide both in-depth and practical understanding of transfer pricing issues. In addition to presentations, the programme includes workshops and interactive discussions with global academics and international tax practitioners.

The HRDP itself embodies one of DDTC's missions: investing in its human resources. This mission also aligns with DDTC's vision of serving as a tax institution grounded in research, technology and knowledge that sets the standards and beyond.

Each year, DDTC provides its professionals with opportunities to participate in various competency development programmes, both domestically and overseas.

Such support includes, among others, professional training as well as full scholarships to pursue master's degrees at leading universities across the globe.

In his remarks at the send-off for the DDTC professionals, DDTC Founder, Darussalam, stated that the programme is intended to strengthen understanding of developments and practices in international transfer pricing.

Darussalam further noted that participation in the WU-TA Advanced Transfer Pricing Programme 2026 is also expected to support DDTC professionals in delivering services and advisory to clients to a standard that exceeds clients' expectations, said Darussalam, who is also one of Indonesia's tax experts frequently consulted as a reference by various parties.
